With over twenty years of culinary experience, I’ve had the privilege of cooking in some of the most dynamic kitchens in NYC and the Midwest.
My style is rooted in Puerto Rican and Caribbean flavors, elevated by technique, seasonality and thoughtful presentation.
Today, through Gabe & Jam, I’m honored to bring that experience into homes, celebrations and businesses across the Chicagoland area.
