Story
Chef Chris was born and raised in New York City, where he felt lucky enough to enjoy multi-cultural cuisines. He has worked both as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef in New York, Ohio and Chicago over the past 10 years and has gained local recognition for his creative menus. He grew up in a Puerto Rican household watching his Tia cook pernil, arroz con gandules, and other beloved cultural dishes. His passion for food started while exploring his cultural heritage where he learned to appreciate the simple yet complex flavors. Chef Chris also enjoys flavors from other cuisines and uses it to inspire the American dishes he creates.
